Alkaline CIP for smoke house or fryer

DESCRIPTION

Highly Liquid alkaline detergent for food industry

APPLICATION

SM-3 is suitable for cleaning of stainless steel, plastics and ceramic surface and not suitable for aluminium galvanized and tin plated material.

SM-3 is very good for removal of fat, protein and smoke resin due to the special dispersion and emulsification properties.

SM-3 is generally developed for cleaning the heavily soil deposit on the process equipment surface, specially fat and protein soil. This product works very well in cleaning of smoke house, cooking vats and fryers.

For smoke house, 2-5% of cleaning solution should be applied at temperature of 70-90oC via spraying or foaming cleaning equip- ment, then left solution on surface for 20-40 minutes before rinsing off. (Acid neutralize may be needed after rinsing with water)

For cooking vats / Fryers, 2-5% of cleaning solution should be heated up to 75-85oC and left for 45-60 minutes before emptying and rinsing. Alkaline neutralization should be done by using 1 % PA-30 at temperature 75-85oC circulate for 45-60 minutes before rinsing with water.
